I recently had a fantastic stay at The Royal and it was truly a memorable experience. The resort is beautifully landscaped and offers a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The staff was extremely helpful and made sure that every aspect of my stay was enjoyable. I especially loved the "Back of the House Tour" which gave me a unique insight into the hotel. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, providing everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The all-inclusive program was a great value, offering delicious and diverse food options at all the restaurants. The pools were perfect for both relaxation and family-friendly fun. The WiFi was fast and reliable, making it convenient to stay connected throughout the hotel. I highly recommend The Royal for a wonderful vacation experience.

Friendly and helpful staff, especially Santiago the bellman who went above and beyond to help us when the front desk couldn't. The buffet had a good variety of options. The scuba diving shop, led by Marcos, provided an amazing experience. Despite some minor issues with the phone and restaurant reservations, the manager was able to solve them. we had a great stay at The Royal Haciendas Resort.

The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with a nice touch of a bathtub on the balcony. The variety and quality of the food, especially at the restaurants that required reservations, were impressive. The staff, particularly Beatrice at reception, were friendly and helpful. The resort was also family-friendly, with great facilities for kids.

We had an amazing time at this resort, with its perfect location on a wonderful Caribbean beach that is only steps away from all of the suites. The kids club provided fantastic activities for our little ones, keeping them entertained and allowing us to relax. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. The timeshare salespeople were overly persistent and constantly bothered us throughout our stay.

I was disappointed with the lack of transparency during the sales pitch. the promises made during the presentation, such as free breakfast for both couples and a certificate for a snorkeling trip, were not fully honored.
